Lessee, the gummint sends troops over there costing millions per day and endangering their lives and then can't afford a few thousand for ammo? :-(
Mind you, the yanks couldn't afford body armour for theirs either :-(
If you are going to use military force, at least equip them properly! This opinion is independant of me being a pacifist.
If the Military did a few raids around London, they'd not only recover enough ammunitin to raid a few more countries, the'd also probably get some decent weapons!!
