"John and Louise Nickels who won £100,000 on a scratchcard in 2006 are asking for housing benefits to help pay their council tax. When the couple from London won the money they owed £11,000 in arrears in council tax and rent, which they paid. Their benefits were stopped but they still received incapacity benefit of £90 a week - their rent is £80 a week so they say they haven't enough to live on. John has a frozen shoulder and plans to soon return to work while Louise is waiting on an hip operation. In February they ran out of money after spending it on a £22,000 caravan which is now worth £6,500. It is currently up for sale as the council expect them to sell it. They also went on holiday a couple of times and bought a second-hand Ford Mondeo second hand for £16,000. They claim they have no money left and need extra benefits to survive."

what it doesn't tell you here is that they have £47,000 that they cannot account for. they say it was spent on "day to day things".

when they spoke to the guy from the council, he pointed out that the average income in their area was £10,000 a year.
and that they won ten times that. and cannot account for four times that.
the guy on telly asked what they were doing with their caravan, and the fat waster says " we're selling it, but at a loss, it's lost about 7-8 grand" of course it has! it's a static fucking caravan!
and what council in their right mind will give money to a couple who have frittered away £100,000, and when they won it already owed around £8000 in arrears? like they'd ever see it again?
instead of wasting it, why the fuck didn't they offer to buy the council flat?
nah, lets buy a £22 grand caravan, and a SECOND HAND car!

i am ron! it makes my blood boil that there are people out there that are really this stupid, and cannot even start to understand WHY the council are refusing to help, and why the public's general concencous is, "get off your fat lazy arses and do something yourselves"
i personally, could have easily given up work nearly 6 years ago and claimed a small fortune in all kinds of benefits, including a car!
but instead i went back to work, and tried to carry on as normally as possible.
all this "i'm hoping to find a job as soon as possible." FUCK OFF! you say that until the council caves in and bails you out, then you'll be straight back to the doc's to be signed off, and back on invalidity benefits.
next thing you know they'll be sue-ing the council for mental trauma! find the forty seven grand and fuck off.
(heres a hint mate....lift your wifes arm up, it may be in one of the rolls of fat!)
